Order Processing & Shipping
How long does it take for my order to ship out?
Please allow 2-3 business days after you have placed your order for your items to ship out. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
Special Collections: Please allow 5-7 business days after you have placed your order for your items to ship out. Each piece is made to order, according to size and availability. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

I have not received my order
Due to circumstances out of our control, shipping times may vary. We do our best to process all purchases within 3 business days. Please refer to your tracking number for status updates. For additional information please refer to our shipping policy.
My order arrived damaged or I received the wrong items
In the unlikely case of a damaged item or if you received the wrong item, please email us at support@almostofficial.com within 7 days of receiving your order to correct the issue. Please include your order number and photos of your order in your email. Please do not remove tags; we do not accept merchandise without the attached tags.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping within the U.S. on orders over $100 via USPS.
For orders under $100, shipping will be calculated at checkout via USPS.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are interested in international shipping, please email us at support@almostofficial.com and let us know! We’re always looking at ways to improve and grow our offerings, and your feedback is key!
How long does shipping take?
Standard USPS shipping estimates delivery between 3-5 business days. This does not include the processing time. Please allow 3 business days to process your order after it has been placed.
How do I receive my tracking number?
We will email you tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your tracking information to update with an estimated delivery date.

My package is missing or lost
We’re so sorry to hear that! If you experience a problem with your delivery, please email us at support@almostofficial.com with your order number within 7 days of your marked delivery date or within 7 days of the last update on your tracking information. While we’re not responsible for lost or missing packages, we’ll do our best to accommodate and help out!
Please note: Almost Official™ is not responsible for lost or missing packages due to a wrong address. This includes but is not limited to: a missing apartment or unit number, an error in your street number or street name, an incorrect zip code.

What is your return/exchange policy?
To start a return or exchange for a wrong fit, damaged, or wrong items, you can contact us at support@almostofficial.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition, if applicable. Please do not wear or wash your item. Do not cut any tags.

All of our t-shirts are offered in unisex sizes. Please refer to our t-shirt size guide before placing an order. All shirts are a fashion/straight fit, meaning they are slimmer than regular fit. Please purchase a larger size for a loose fit.
Please note: T-shirts will shrink after washing. Please purchase a larger size if you prefer a loose fit.

Shrinkage will occur after the first wash. We recommend washing your t-shirts inside-out in cold water. Tumble dry in low heat. DO NOT IRON SHIRTS.

Do you offer additional sizes?
We currently offer unisex sizes S-2XL for our t-shirt collection. If the size you are looking for is not available, please contact us at support@almostofficial.com and we will let you know when more sizes are in stock.

We recommend washing your t-shirts inside-out in cold water with similar colors. Tumble dry in low heat. DO NOT IRON SHIRTS.

Hand Printed Merchandise

Most of our designs are screen printed by hand. Slight variations in each design can occur due to the nature of the screen printing process. We try our best to inspect and quality check each shirt before stocking it.

Do you have a brick & mortar store?
We do not have a brick & mortar store at this moment. We are currently an e-commerce store. Check back with us for pop-up's and special events!
